WILLIAM EDGAR
William Edgar is the President and Managing Officer of Hegemony Inc.
Edgar has contributed heavily to Hegemony's overall business strategy
and is directly responsible for the technical staff and consulting resources.
Prior to joining Hegemony in 1997, Edgar had spent nearly 10 years
as an employee and consultant providing technical consulting services
to high profile clients. Some of these clients included: Sears,
TransAmerica, GE Capital, and Kemper. Bill is an active member of the
Wheaton Chamber of Commerce and the Chicago Executives' Club. He received his
Bachelor of Science from Northern Illinois University in 1988.
PETER J. KIPPES
Pete Kippes is Vice President & Director of Business Development with Hegemony, Inc.
He has been associated with Hegemony almost since its inception. Prior
to joining the company in 2004, Kippes contributed to the growth and
development of a number of established IT consulting firms in the Chicago
area by providing technical solutions to his clients' complex business problems.
Kippes received a Masters of Business Administration degree from
Benedictine University in 2002 and a Bachelor of Science degree from
Northern Illinois University in 1989. Pete is an active member of the
Downers Grove, Wheaton and North Suburban Chambers. He is a frequent
guest speaker at various Technology and Business Forums, and has been
a radio guest on the AM radio show Job Talk on WJJG (AM 1530).
MICHAEL A. LaBROT
Michael LaBrot is an Executive Officer and Senior Software Developer of
Hegemony Inc. During his time with Hegemony, LaBrot has worked with
companies such as First Health, Profile Systems, U.S. Cellular and
other large companies to improve their businesses through the use of computer-based solutions.
LaBrot possesses a rare mix of formidable technical skill and business sense.
He is often used in architectural, design and leadership roles where business needs
must be translated to the technical domain. LaBrot's dedication to projects has
repeatedly proved to be the deciding factor in the success of those projects.
LaBrot received his Masters of Computer Science from Northern Illinois University in 1993.
DAVID BOWLER
David Bowler is an Officer and Senior Software Developer at Hegemony Inc.
Bowler's work experience on various computing and network environments
includes application design, program development, database design and
performance tuning. This involves using sophisticated expertise and
problem-solving tactics.
Bowler is a Certified ScrumMaster with a diverse background in a wide range of industries
including telecommunications, insurance and manufacturing. He has consulted
at companies such as Ameritech, 3Com, Kemper, Convergys and Johnson Controls.
He maintaines a working knowledge of the latest development practices
and methodologies.
